How are they developed?
These plans are written and overseen by the EBTC Athletic Director Coach Raeleigh Harris, six times 70.3 World Championship Qualifier and Head Coach of ETPA. Raeleigh is an accomplished coach, and motivational mentor focusing on helping people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds discover their true potential. Raeleigh draws on her 30-years of coaching and racing knowledge to guide and inspire athletes, build their confidence, improve performance, and support their athletic journey.
Who are they for?
These plans are designed for beginner to intermediate level athletes. If you have a specific background that requires some adjustment to the plan Coach Raeleigh will work with you to create a plan that works to support you more specifically. Fee for this is $75 and should take approximately 1 hour of your time.
Note - we require a minimum of 6 people for each plan to go ahead. In addition, if in the case of COVID guidelines we are not able to race, the Club will facilitate a safe virtual race scenario so you can still achieve your goal. Race organizers will have varying cancellation or transfer policies - this is outside of the control of the EBTC.
What is the cost?
Each plan is $125 per person, per race.
