3. Coach Rae will contact you once you have registered and will email your intake forms to you.
4. Book your onboarding call with Coach Rae to set up your first week of training.

If coach designed training is not for you at this time, EBTC Members looking for a self-managed Training Plan receive a 15-day free trial and a 15% discount on HumanGO, a personalized training app for all levels and disciplines - including health goals.
