Whether you're preparing for your first sprint triathlon, chasing a personal best, overcoming a health challenge, or stepping up to a longer distance, having a training plan to guide you can make a big difference.

That's why EBTC members have exclusive access to the “EBTC Custom Training Plan”, a fully personalized coaching experience designed around your goals, fitness level, schedule, and target races.

Unlike generic online plans, your training is built specifically for you and can begin at any time of the year. No waiting for a group start date. No, trying to fit your life into someone else's program.

Investment - $149

Triathletes and endurance athletes invest countless hours in training - and often a lot of money each season on race entries, travel, bikes, gear, nutrition, and equipment upgrades.

Yet many athletes overlook the most important investment of all: a structured, effective training plan that ensures all that time, effort, and money translates into the results they want on race day.

For just $149 every 4 weeks (only $37.25 per week), you'll receive personalized coaching, expert guidance, accountability, and a fully customized training plan designed around your goals, schedule, and experience level.

Minimum 12-week commitment. 

1-time $99 onboarding fee. 

Does not include race entries or EBTC club membership.

1. Enroll in the EBTC Custom Training Plan (under EBTC members only)

2. Register for HumanGO

3. Coach Rae will contact you once you have registered and will email your intake forms to you. 

4. Book your onboarding call with Coach Rae to set up your first week of training.

5. Start training with purpose and structure.
